The following rules apply to ALL Subscribers:




1.      No harrassment of any kind. Subscribers cannot harrass, inflame,
abuse, hack or otherwise interfere with others that access the Internet.

2.     NO SPAMMING. Spam or unsolicited email, (commercial or otherwise)
will not be distributed through this site. This applies to both email
and Usenet Newsgroups. Any subscriber caught spamming will be terminated
IMMEDIATLY with no refund and WILL be subject to a $200.00 per complaint
clean up fee.

3.      No Pornographic, Hate or other objectionable material is permitted
on our system.

4.      No IRC BOTS. IRC ro(bots) can be used for disseminating pornographic,
and sometimes illegal material. They also can be used to hack systems,
and retrieve passwords. IRC BOTS take up constant memory on our system,
and are therefore not allowed.

5.      Do not give out your password, or log in using another member's
password.

6.      Members can only log in with one machine per account at any
given time.

7.      Unlimited / UN-metered accounts must be attended by the user while
connected.

8.      All members that discover any security breach or illegal activity
must report such matters to CIUSA.NET staff either via email or telephone.

9.      Keeping Payments Current: All accounts must be kept current.
Any accounts not paid on time are subject to suspension or termination.
If the account is terminated it will be turned over to an outside collection agency
and reported to the credit bureaus.

10.    Cancellations: (a) To close/cancel an account/subscription the subscriber
MUST notify Creative Internet USA, either by phone at the number listed on the 
Contact Page, or by e-mail to admin@ciusa.net or by US Mail to the address listed
on the Contact Page. Failure to pay IS NOT an indication of cancellation and will
be treated as indicated in paragraph 9 above. Just as with any other utility, the
subscriber is responsable & legally liable for the service, including the ongoing
period to period fees, until the subscriber contacts Creative Internet USA and
cancels the service.
     (b) When a account/subscripton is properly canceled it will be maintained until
the end of business the day before the next billing anniversary date.

No refunds are given.
